
Repatriation from Uzbekistan to Germany is an established corridor, especially for Russlanddeutsche, Spätaussiedler and Aussiedler families with relatives in Tashkent, Samarkand or Andijan.
Airlines: Lufthansa Cargo 4–5 weekly TAS–FRA with a dedicated repatriation team. Turkish Airlines via Istanbul is cheaper but connecting.
Documents: universal pack plus a certified German translation by a sworn translator (Germany) or via the German consulate in Tashkent. The consulate also issues import permission in 3–7 working days.
Bestattungsschein: needed in Germany for burial, issued by the local Standesamt based on the apostilled and translated Uzbek death certificate. 1–3 working days.
Cost: €1000–1800 for documents+translations, €2500–4000 for the flight, €1500–3500 for German reception side; total €5000–9000.
