This Privacy Policy explains how Grave (the “Operator”; website grave.uz, Ташкент, Абдулла Кадыри, 4) collects, uses, stores and protects the information you provide when using our website and services.
The policy is drafted under the Republic of Uzbekistan Law on Personal Data and aligned with applicable international principles (GDPR, ePrivacy) for the convenience of international clients.
Contact data: name, phone, e‑mail, preferred messenger.
Order data: burial location (cemetery, section/row), deceased person’s full name, years of life, work preferences, identification photos if you send them.
Payment data: we do not store full card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Click, Payme, acquiring bank); we only receive a transaction ID and status.
Technical data: IP address (anonymized), browser/device type, pages visited, referrer. Collected via essential and analytics cookies (see Cookies Policy).
Service delivery and order communication — based on the contract (public offer).
Payment processing, receipts and tax/accounting reporting — based on legal requirements of Uzbekistan.
Analytics (Google Analytics with IP anonymization) — only with your consent through the cookie banner.
Order-status notifications and reports — based on the contract.
Payment providers (Click, Payme, acquiring bank) — strictly to the extent needed to process the payment.
Transactional e‑mail provider Resend — to deliver login codes and notifications.
Google Analytics — anonymized visit data (consent-based).
Telegram (operator notification channel) — name, phone and short request data forwarded to an internal channel.
Government authorities — only upon a legitimate request under the laws of Uzbekistan.
Order data and reports are retained for 5 years after the last operation, in line with accounting and tax rules.
The cookie consent record is kept for up to 12 months, after which we ask again.
Your account is deleted within 30 days of your request; technical backups are wiped on the standard rotation cycle (up to 90 days).
You have the right to: receive a copy of your data; correct inaccuracies; delete your account and associated data (subject to the mandatory accounting retention period); restrict or stop processing; withdraw analytics consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to support@grave.uz. We respond within 30 calendar days (usually much faster).
The site is HTTPS-only and authentication sessions are stored in signed httpOnly cookies. Operator panel access is restricted to an allow-list (ADMIN_EMAILS) and logged.
We follow data minimization: we collect only what is required to deliver the service and meet reporting duties, and we review this scope regularly.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact support@grave.uz and we will remove it.
We may update this Policy. The last-updated date is shown at the top. Material changes are published on the site and, where appropriate, additionally communicated in the user account or by e‑mail.
