Service terms and order workflow on grave.uz: subject of the contract, payment, timeframes, reporting, cancellation and refunds.
This public offer (the “Offer”) is the official proposal of Grave (the “Provider”), operating in the Republic of Uzbekistan, to enter into a service agreement for grave care, grave design and grave search services (the “Services”) with any individual or legal entity (the “Client”).
Placing and paying for an order on grave.uz, or confirming a request in messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp) or by phone, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.
The Provider undertakes to deliver the Services selected by the Client from the catalog on the website, and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for them on the terms set out in this Offer.
The list, description, scope and indicative timeframes of the Services are published in the “Services” and “Pricing” sections of grave.uz and form an integral part of this Offer.
Requests are submitted via grave.uz, messengers, or by phone +998 91 778 41 33.
Once details are clarified, the Provider sends the Client an estimate and timeframe — typically within 5–10 minutes during business hours. The estimate is fixed before work begins; any changes require the Client’s written confirmation (a message in a messenger is sufficient).
Prices are stated in Uzbek soums (UZS); for international clients an indicative USD equivalent is shown at the official CBU rate at the time of the order.
Available payment methods: UZCARD, HUMO, Visa, Mastercard bank cards; Click and Payme; international payments for clients abroad. Orders are paid 100% upfront unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.
Standard timeframes: Tashkent — 1–3 business days; other regions of Uzbekistan — 3–7 business days. Exact dates are stated in the estimate.
After the work is completed, the Provider attaches a before/after photo and video report to the order, timestamped and tied to the location. The report is available in the Client’s account and can be sent by email on request.
The Provider undertakes to deliver the Services in the agreed scope and timeframes, to handle the burial site with care, and to provide a report.
The Client undertakes to provide accurate burial details (cemetery, section/row, full name, years), to pay on time, and to accept the completed work and the report.
Liability for non-performance or improper performance is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The Provider is not liable for force majeure (natural disasters, quarantine measures, restricted cemetery access), acts of third parties, or defects that existed before the work began and were captured in the initial photo report.
Refund and cancellation terms are set out in the separate Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of this Offer.
The Client may cancel an order before work actually begins; in that case a full refund is issued, less any documented costs already incurred by the Provider (logistics, consumables).
Personal data is processed in line with the Privacy Policy published on grave.uz.
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. Failing that, disputes are resolved under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the Provider’s location.
