When you order grave care online for a relative buried in Uzbekistan, both sides need confidence. You need confidence the contractor is real, qualified and won't disappear with money. The contractor — and the local cemetery administration — need confidence that you are who you claim and that the relationship is legitimate.
What you verify about us. Legal entity registration in Uzbekistan (you can verify on the public tax registry by INN). Listed contact: phone (verify by calling), physical office address (verify on Google Maps Street View). Published pricing (no «depends on case»). Operating history (Trustpilot, Google reviews, social references).
What we verify about you. Light KYC. We confirm the connection between you and the deceased — either through a relationship document (birth certificate, marriage certificate), or through a family member's testimony. We don't require notarized documents for subscriptions; we do require them for repatriation (Cargo 200) and monument installation work.
Payment-side verification. Card payments go through a Visa/Mastercard 3D-Secure step. SWIFT transfers are linked to your name (we cannot accept payment from an unrelated third party). Zelle through our US representative is the same — your name on the transfer.
Data we keep, data we don't. We keep: your name, contact, address, relationship to deceased, plot location, photos of the grave. We DO NOT keep: payment card numbers (handled by payment provider), passport scans (deleted after KYC verification), bank account numbers beyond what's needed for the transaction.
GDPR / data protection. We're GDPR-compliant for European clients (separate article in cluster 8). For US/Israeli/Russian clients we follow equivalent practices. Your data is not shared with marketing third parties.
Red flags in any service. No clear legal entity. No physical address. Pressure to pay in cash or untraceable channels (gift cards). Vague pricing. Different brand names on payment vs. service. Phone-only contact with no online traces.
