What the report contains
- Before and after photos with a GPS tag and time — in every order.
- A 30–60 second video — in the visit-with-video package or as an add-on for $19 (190,000 UZS).
- A GPS point and a route from the gate — add-on for $19 (190,000 UZS); useful for relatives who will visit in person.
- If the photos show something was missed, we redo it free of charge.
How to order from abroad
- Message us in the site chat, WhatsApp or Telegram: the cemetery, the name on the headstone and the plot — or a photo of the grave if you have one.
- The coordinator gives you the exact price and sends an order form under our public offer — nothing to sign.
- Pay to the details in the contract: a transfer to an Uzcard or Humo card, or a SWIFT bank transfer from abroad.
- We go on the agreed date and send the report to the same messenger.
Timing: usually 3–7 working days; the exact date is in the contract. Needed by a date within 7 days: +20%; within 48 hours: +50%.

We find it first. If you know the cemetery, it is a tier B search — $409 in Urgench; up front you pay only stage 1, $150, and the rest only if we find it. After a successful search the first cleaning is free.
