Tashkent is UTC+5. New York is UTC-5 (or -4 in DST) — that's 9–10 hours behind. Tel Aviv is UTC+2/+3 — 2–3 hours behind. Berlin is UTC+1/+2 — 3–4 hours behind. Toronto same as NYC. This article explains how we structure communication so the time-zone difference doesn't slow your case.
How we work. Tashkent business hours 9:00–18:00 local. For US East Coast clients (5 hours awake during our day), messages sent 22:00–07:00 their time get a reply when their day starts. For Europe clients (3 hours awake during our day), almost real-time exchange is possible between 14:00 and 18:00 Tashkent (= 11:00–15:00 Berlin).
Channels. Email — universal, asynchronous, document-friendly. WhatsApp — fastest for US/EU. Telegram — universal across all geographies, including Russia. iMessage — for US clients. Zoom / Google Meet — for scheduled video calls.
Scheduled calls. We offer a fixed weekly 15-minute check-in at a time you pick. Pre-Sunday-evening US time (= Monday morning Tashkent) is the most common slot for US clients.
Response SLA. Critical (memorial-date schedule change): 4 hours during business days, 12 hours otherwise. Normal (report question): 24 hours. Non-urgent (general): 48 hours.
Emergency. For deaths and urgent transports, we have a 24/7 hotline. Number on the contact page.
