Transparency is our core value. In line with that, this article: honest comparison with main competitors. We don't hide where they're better than us (genuinely better in some aspects), and where we're better.
Main competitors in Uzbekistan. pomnimvsegda.uz (Tashkent, general care). tashkentpamyat.ru (Tashkent, partner network). tashpamyat.uz (Tashkent, published prices). ritual.uz (Tashkent, various ritual services). samarkand.pomnivsegda.ru (Samarkand). Russian side: ritualcentr.ru, ritualstoun.ru.
Where competitors are better. (1) Local presence — some have own offices in every city; we work via partners in small cities. (2) One-off price — sometimes competitors charge $60–80 per visit, less than our $80–120. (3) Uzbek response speed — local contractors have all-Uzbek-native managers; for us 1 in 4 managers.
Where we're better. (1) Transparent prices on site — most competitors say «on request». (2) Multilingual (8 locales) — competitors only Russian and Uzbek, rarely English. (3) Bukharian specifics — coordination with Tashkent Chevra Kadisha, taharah understanding, Hakamat HaMatzevah. (4) Cross-border payments — card/SWIFT/Wise/Zelle/crypto; competitors usually Uzbek banks only.
On specific services. Grave search — we have fixed price and timeline; competitors often «from» and indefinite. Hakamat HaMatzevah for Bukharian family — we do this directly through local rabbi; competitors lack this competence. Cargo 200 to Israel/US/Germany — we coordinate corridor end-to-end; competitors usually only the Uzbek side.
Prices: real comparison. Standard monthly Tashkent subscription: pomnimvsegda.uz ~$25–35; tashpamyat.uz ~$30–40; grave.uz $35–50. We're $5–15 more on pure Uzbek work. The gap pays back on extras (documents, diaspora coordination, multilingual communication, EXIF metadata on every photo).
Specific services prices. Grave search Basic: competitors $80–150; us $100–200 (with HD photo and GPS coordinates). Monument installation: competitors $1200–2500 (Indian granite); us $1500–2800. Hakamat HaMatzevah for Bukharian: competitors don't do this; us $2000–3500. Cargo 200: competitors $4500–7000 without full coordination; us $5000–7500 with all stages.
Bottom line. If your case is ordinary monthly cleaning of one grave in Tashkent, no special requirements: competitors may be 15–25% cheaper. If your case includes diaspora, multilingual communication, Bukharian/Jewish/German specifics, consular coordination, repatriation documents — we have significantly better value. Diaspora families overwhelmingly choose us for these reasons.
