Families often ask: «what makes up your price?». This article: line-by-line breakdown of a typical monthly visit estimate ($45 in Tashkent).
1. Worker labour. $18–22. On-plot 1–2 hours (by scope). Includes transport from office to cemetery, the work itself, photographing, return. Hourly rate $10–15 (normal qualified-worker rate in Uzbekistan).
2. Transport. $5–7. Fuel, vehicle depreciation, sometimes taxi for multi-team work. Included in price; not a separate line.
3. Consumables. $3–5. Cleaning agents, cloths, waste bags, gloves, sometimes water (if no source at cemetery). Base set included; premium chemistry extra.
4. Management and documentation. $8–12. Family coordination, schedule, photo processing, cabinet upload, report. Includes manager salary and infrastructure (servers, CRM, photo hosting).
5. Marketing and sales. $3–5. Customer acquisition, site upkeep, multilingual translation, ads. Small but essential.
6. Company margin. $5–8. Profit. Not «markup» — reward for risk, service development, insurance, legal capacity.
Total: $42–59 typical, we publish $45 as standard. Close to floor for quality work. Cheaper is possible but at cost of either quality, company size (freelancer no office), or non-legal scheme.
What's NOT in our estimate. Hidden «payment processing» percentages. Transport line. Parking. Rush (unless requested). Seasonal surcharge in annual subscription.
Transparency. We share this breakdown on request to any client. Not on every invoice (kept compact), but if anyone wants to understand — we provide it.
