Lite, Standard, Premium — three base cleaning tiers in our catalog. Three «depth levels» of work, not «visit count levels». This article: what's in each and who they fit.
Lite. Base cleaning. Scope: debris and leaf collection, sweeping, light perimeter weeding, waste removal, checklist, 8 before/after photos, chat support. Ideal for small tidy plots without complex vegetation. Per visit $25–40.
Standard = Lite + extended stone wash. All Lite plus gentle wash of monument and slabs, deposit removal, 4 additional close-up photos. Good for granite-monument plots needing regular refresh. Per visit $40–60.
Premium = Standard + intensive. All Standard plus deep anti-weed treatment, hard-zone cleaning between slab and fence, 10–12 photos including a video clip. For plots with active vegetation or memorial complexes. Per visit $60–100.
Which tier for which plot. Small grave with plinth, no vegetation — Lite. Standard family grave with monument and fence — Standard. Memorial complex with landscaping — Premium.
Seasonality. Summer — typically one tier up (vegetation active). Winter — can go down (less work). Many families fix one level for the year for budget stability.
Add-ons (on top of any tier). Floral arrangements $30–100. Video report $40–80. Anniversary candle placement $10–20. Deep anti-weed treatment $50–100. Added to per-visit price on request.
Recommendations by tradition. Muslim — Standard (modest floral, monument wash important). Orthodox — Standard or Premium (intensive care + floral for dates). Bukharian Jewish — Standard (stones need wash, no floral excess). Armenian — Standard. Polish Catholic — Standard + extended November 1 prep.
