If you order a service not from grave.uz but from an individual contractor in Uzbekistan (e.g., a private cemetery caretaker), documentation works differently. This article: what should be on hand for transparency and tax-readiness.
Minimum set. Service contract (Russian, with English as translation if needed). Acceptance act after each month or stage. Receipt or electronic payment document (electronic receipts via bank apps are common since 2020 and legally equal to paper).
Service contract. Key clauses: parties (you + contractor); subject (grave care / search / monument); period; amount; payment method; liability; force majeure; dispute resolution (usually under Uzbek law). Russian, with English translation desirable for diaspora family.
Acceptance act. Signed by both parties after each month (subscription) or each stage (project). Date; works list; cost; signature + name printed.
Electronic receipt. Since 2020, all non-cash payments via Uzbek banks come with an electronic receipt with QR for tax verification. PDF to email or in the bank app.
For foreign payers. SWIFT — bank issues a SWIFT confirmation, which doubles as your receipt. Card — electronic receipt after processing. Wise / Zelle — service confirmation plus the recipient's bank receipt.
At grave.uz. Standard documents (contract + monthly acts + electronic receipts) are auto-uploaded to your cabinet as PDF, available anytime. On request — in your preferred language.
