A standard inscription has: full name, birth and death dates, optionally an epitaph (a short phrase or a line of verse). Family monuments may have two or more names — order and design are agreed.
Choosing an epitaph: short, not overdone, in the family's voice. Common choices: "Loved and remembered", a scripture quote, a relational title ("To beloved father", "To beloved mother"), or a date instead of text. Languages: Russian, Uzbek, English — all supported.
Font: classic (serif) reads better and ages well; sans serif suits minimalist design. Letter size usually 5–8 cm on main line, 3–4 cm on dates. Color: gold, silver, white or custom.
What to clarify before fabrication: exact name spelling (passport), dates (day/month/year or years only), patronymic if any, language and font. Fixing an error in granite is expensive and slow; sketch corrections are free.
In short: standard = name + dates + optional epitaph. Sketch agreed before fabrication. Leave a request with the text — we'll send a design option.
