Islamic traditions in Uzbekistan: what we consider in grave care

In Uzbekistan most graves are Muslim. When caring for or designing them, we follow principles that matter to the family: modesty in communication, respect for the place and timing.

We clarify in advance: which materials are acceptable, whether work is needed before certain dates (e.g. Ramadan or Eid), and what report format is preferred. No «standard» choices without the family's agreement.

Site design (borders, tiles, fence) is done by agreement. We avoid symbols or inscriptions not approved by the family. Photo and video reports are only shared with authorised relatives.
